A recent pocket discovery from the Warje area of Pune, Maharashtra, India, featuring green apophyllite set on a matrix of rounded mordenite formations. The mordenite develops in soft, spherical aggregates, while the overgrowth of sparkling green apophyllite and micro heulandite creates a beautiful, sugary texture across the surface. This combination results in a visually striking and texturally unique specimen from this well-known mineral locality.
This specimen has been cut with a flat base, allowing it to self-display with ease.
